Billy Jack McPherson

Billy Jack McPherson, age 89, of Millbrook, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023. He was born in Arkadelphia, Alabama to Fidella Bruce McPherson and Sara Doris Morgan McPherson on February 26, 1933.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fidella "Bruce" McPherson and Sarah "Doris" Morgan McPherson; and his brother, Weylon McPherson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nelda V. Lambert-McPherson; his children, Susan M.Jones, Julia McPherson, Brad McPherson; his step children, Brian Lambert, Michael Lambert; his grandchildren, Amanda McPherson, Peyton McPherson, Melissa Rodriguez; his step grandchildren, Kaylee Lambert, Brian Lambert II, Michael Lambert II, Jim Lambert; his great and great-great grandchildren, Corey McPherson, Brookelynn Bray, Jessica McPherson, Diren McPherson, Evan Rodriguez, Ryan Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez; and his step- great grandchildren, Leo Lambert, Fox Lambert, and Lucy Lambert.

A family and friends visitation for Billy will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, followed by a celebration of life chapel service at 11:00 AM. Services will conclude with a burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Rev. Mike Ingram officiating.
