Billy Gene Cowart, 88, of Montgomery, passed away peacefully June 9, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Cowart; sisters, Mrs. Annie Pyron, Mrs. Mary Goolsby, Mrs. Gladys Howell, Mrs. Clara Duck, Mrs. Ruth Peel, Mrs. Peggy Wilson; brothers, Mr. Wallace Cowart and Mr. Charles Cowart. He is survived by his wife, Jerry Cowart; daughter, Kem Mullins and a host of nieces and nephews.
Billy was an actor, salesman and an exceptional encourager to many and was friend to all.
Services for Billy will be Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:30 AM at Frazer Methodist Church. Honorary pallbearers will be Frazer Church Choir.
