Betty Joyce Griffin Langley

Betty Joyce Griffin Langley, age 91, a Hope Hull resident, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Born April 16, 1933, on Easter Sunday, in Montgomery, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Billy Joseph Langley, her parents, James Clyde Griffin Sr. and Arra Love Griffin; and brothers James Clyde Griffin, Jr., Raymond Eugene Griffin and Edwin Wood Griffin, Sr.

Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 1:00 pm followed by a Graveside Service at 2:00 pm in Greenwood Cemetery.

Her beautiful smile and amazing laughter could light up a room. She was a beloved wife and mother. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Jo Langley.

She worked for Best Glass Company, Inc., for over 50 years. She was a faithful member of Pintlala Baptist Church, through the years serving as a Sunday School Teacher for 4 & 5 year olds, Training Union Teacher, Sunday School Secretary, Preschool Director and Church Clerk.
