She was preceded in death by her Husband, Henry Gray Gibson Sr., her daughter Melissa Gayle McQueen (George McQueen JR.) and her parents, Herman Broadway and Annie “Uchie” Broadway.
She is survived by her three children, Conrad Missildine (Cheryl Missildine), Felicia Bryant, Henry “Billy” Gibson Jr. (Connie Gibson). She was born in Pine level Alabama on December 8, 1941. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Barbara was a beloved bus driver for Montgomery County schools. She retired after 42 years. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and feeding her family.
She was blessed with 10 grandchildren: Jessica Spurlin (Mark Spurlin), Laura Ashley (Josh Rainey), Mitchell Haubert (Amy Haubert), Cate Miller (Brian Miller), Amanda McQueen, Shayna McQueen, MyCala McQueen, Brandon Bird, Dakota Gibson (Courtney Gibson) and Cheyenne Langner (Kevin Langner). They blessed her with 18 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Church Service will be held on Monday March 24, 1:00pm at Mt Zion Baptist Church in Ramer with a Family and Friends visitation held one hour prior to service. A Graveside committal service will be held immediately following at Canty Cemetery Ramer, AL.
