Audrey "Louise" Ashcraft went to her heavenly home on September 7, 2022. She was born in Montgomery, AL on October 30, 1938 to Roy and Bernice Sullivan. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1956, Saint Margaret's Nursing School in 1959, and Saint Joseph's School of Anesthesia in 1973. She met her future husband on March 1, 1959 and they were married on June 5th of that year.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Mick Ashcraft; her children, Cathy, Cindy and Mike Ashcraft (Tracy); her grandchildren, Heather Colquitt (Austin), Kyle Ashcraft, Cole Ashcraft and Paula Young; her great grandson, Jamison Colquitt and her sister, Eleanor Haner (Ray).
She enjoyed numerous hobbies and activities like ice skating (which she began at age 40 resulting in numerous gold and silver medals), dancing, singing in the Frazer choirs for 46 years and she loved her church dearly.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 pm at White Chapel Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Rd., Montgomery, AL 36109. The funeral service will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 at 11:00 am at Frazer Church, 6000 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL.
