Amy Leigh Waite

Amy is survived by her children, Malerie Leigh Waite, Meredith Laine Waite, and Lucas Pierson Waite; and her sister, Alyson Ray. She was especially fond of Destiny Lynn Ray who was like a daughter as well as the father of her children, Steve Waite and Marlin McKinney who held a special place in her life.

An ultra-sound tech who cared about her patients, she will be remembered by her family as one who loved them dearly. Amy enjoyed cooking her children's favorites. Always working on a project, she dabbled in a variety of crafting and painting making things for her family. Fishing whenever she got the opportunity, Amy also enjoyed her pets and was known to dress her cats in matching outfits.

A celebration of life gathering for Amy will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109.
