Sarah Frances Clark Galloway was born on December 20, 1935 to Robert Eugene Clark and Idelle Elizabeth Smitherman Clark of Six Mile, Alabama. Sarah is survived by her two sons, John Michael Galloway (Mike) and Heath Newman Galloway; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Lynn Galloway; two granddaughters, Sarah Annabelle Ray (Anna) and Jenna Elizabeth Guy; great granddaughter, Peyton Mae Guy; nieces April Weaver, Glenda Voss, Paige Palmer; nephew Eric Palmer; and great nieces and nephews.
Sarah is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, John Weldon Galloway; her parents, Eugene and Idelle Clark; brothers, Ralph Eugene Clark and John Robert Clark (Bob); and sister, Mary Lou Clark Palmer (Moonie).
Sarah always had a smile on her face and was loved by everyone. She enjoyed reading a good book, going to the beach, going on a boat ride, watching sunsets at the lake, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. Sarah, who was affectionately known as “GeGe,” was especially fond of her two granddaughters and great granddaughter. She was a strong woman who loved others deeply.
Sarah was a long-time resident of Montevallo, Alabama for over 60 years. She was a very successful broker and a real estate agent for over 20 years.

A visitation for Sarah will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rocko Funeral Home, 3715 Hwy 25, Montevallo, AL 35115. A graveside service will be held for family only.
