Ray was preceded in death by his father, James “Bud” Cofer and his brother, David Cofer. He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Cofer; brothers Jimmy (Debbie) and Buddy (Jennifer); cousins, Billy Ray (Patty), Brian (Renee), Beverly, Susie and Blake. Nieces and nephews; Kevin, Andy, Justin, Emily, Dave, Chuck, Kyle, Caroline, Jackson, April, Amanda, Levi and Brittany.

Visitation for Ray will be Friday, September 23, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), 3715 Hwy 25 Montevallo, AL 35115. Graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM at Shady Grove Cemetery, Hwy 139 Randolph, AL.
