Joshua Denae Crumpton, 30, was born on April 28, 1989 to Mary Crumpton Bravo and Grady Parker. Joshua married his high school sweetheart, Shaterika on February 18, 2012. They had one daughter, Brooklyn, who he loved dearly and will always be remembered as his Princess Brooklyn.
Joshua was a graduate of Thompson High School, Class of 2007. He was a lover of music and could quote a funny movie scene like no other. He was always into cars and leave it up to him; he could fix anything. He was also known as a great father, husband, son, brother and uncle. Most of all he showed us what it meant to love hard, be strong and how to be grateful for every moment. He was an encourager to so many and could light up a room and brighten anyone’s day! He departed his life on Monday, February 10, 2020.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Shaterika Taylor; his daughter, Brooklyn Taylor; his mother, Mary Crumpton Bravo; his father, Grady Parker; step-father, Efren Bravo; his siblings, Jonathon Crumpton (Christine), Houston Mata (Isaac), Eren Crumpton, Ladarionte Moore, Ralpheal Johnson; father-in-law, Jerome Taylor (Vanessa); sister-in-law LaTrisha Taylor; one nephew, four nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
