Gregory Wayne Dean

Greg Dean, age 54, of Montevallo, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2020. He attended Thompson High School and worked as a handyman across the Shelby County area. He loved dirt track racing with his brothers. He loved music, his dogs, and collecting.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Cody Dean; and his stepfather, Jack Cline. He is survived by his mother, Martha Jane Cline; father, Benny Dean (Janet); brothers, Jimmy Dean (Connie) and Jeff Dean; sister, Renee Stewart; nieces, Jennifer Dean and Jennifer Maddox; great-nephews, Jayden and Landon Dean; great-niece, Samantha Lebermann; numerous cousins and many close friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Hillview Memorial Park in Alexander City, Alabama.
