Christopher "Chris" Lee Easter

He was an 18 year veteran of Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service (BFRS). He served the last 3 years with McCalla Fire District. Chris married the love of his life Stacey on July 20, 2016. His smile has been larger ever since. He was active in the Pelham Hockey Community. He enjoyed playing hockey, going to professional Hockey games, riding his Harley, fishing, hunting and enjoying good food while watching Alabama Football. Chris had a keen ear for language, a contagious energy filled with humor. He wanted everyone to smile, laugh, and enjoy the moment every day. He could relate to many people no matter the age, gender or race. Chris enjoyed spending time with family the most. He loved his wife and daughters dearly. He was proud to be Todd’s big brother. Throughout his lifetime, Chris often went to great lengths to help his friends and always tried to make them laugh.

Chris is preceded in death by his mother, Linda. He is survived by his father, Harold Easter, Jr.; wife, Stacey; brother, Todd; and daughters; Shelby Rogers (children: Autumn, Summer and Sadie), Courtney Isbell (children: Levi and Eli) and Ashlyn Easter.

A visitation for Chris will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), 3715 Hwy 25 S Montevallo, AL 35115, with the Celebration of Life following at 1:00 pm. Chris's Celebration of Life will be livestreamed on Rockco Funeral Home's Facebook page.
