Sandra Kay Grimm

Sandra Kay Grimm, 77 years old, passed away on January 6th, 2017. She was born in Foston, Minnesota on March 1st, 1940 and was the daughter to Johann and Eleanor Norman. Sandra grew up in Foston and graduated from Foston High School where she played the clarinet in the school band and sung in the school choir. She moved to California in 1958 with her parents. Sandra attended Pasadena City College where she continued to play clarinet in the band and met her husband, Randal Grimm Jr. Sandra and Randal were married on July 30th, 1960 and were married for almost 50 years.

Sandra worked as a manager at Bryans Cleaners for many years. She also spent many years working as a receptionist at several high end hair salons. Sandra was a member of Hill Avenue Grace Lutheran Church. Sandra loved spending time with her daughter and son, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed working in her yard with her rose bushes and multiple other flowers.

Sandra is survived by brother, Gordon, her two children, Renee and Mark, her four grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Mark, and Kirsten, and seven great grandchildren.

The funeral services will be at Turner Stevens Live Oak Cemetery, 200 E. Duarte Rd Monrovia, Ca, on Friday January 19th, 2017 at 1:00pm in the Chapel. Graveside services following immediately after.
