Richard Baker Libbey, age 79, of Montclair, California passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Richard was born May 23, 1942 in Beverly, Massachusetts to his parents Harvey R and Edith Libbey.

Richard is survived by his wife, Tina Louise Libbey.

A visitation for Richard will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Turner & Stevens Live Oak Mortuary, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, California 91016 with a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Richard will be laid to rest in Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, California 91016; Maus. Of San Gabriel; Tier: C, .

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Richard's memory may be made to Donations to Paralized Veterans; and/or Blood Donations to a charity of your choice.
