A funeral service for Luis will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Turner & Stevens Live Oak Mortuary, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Live Oak Memorial Park, 200 E Duarte Road, Monrovia, CA 91016.
