Alexander Paul Romo passed away peacefully while fighting cancer at his home in Arcadia surrounded by his family on the morning of October 27th 2014. He is survived by his current wife and 5 children, (two sons and three daughters), along with three grandsons, 6 granddaughters, 6 great grandsons and one expectant great-granddaughter. Born March 31st, 1934, he has lived in the Monrovia area while growing up. He joined the Army in 1956 and received an Honorable Discharge in 1962. He then eventually moved to his current home in 1972 and resided with his current wife. He has always worked in the automotive repair field and eventually owned his own successful service station business in Duarte from 1968 until he moved in 1989 to his current auto repair facility still in Duarte. He was well known in the surrounding communities by many. He will deeply be missed by family and friends.
