Helena Grace Setera

Helena, 72, passed away early June 2, 2103 while at home in Monroe, WA. She was surrounded with love in her last days.

She is preceded in death by her soul mate, Dave Setera, Sr. They are together again.

She was born December 17, 1940, in Pueblo, CO. Most of her life was spent raising a family in Maple Valley, WA.

She is survived by her daughter, Jeanna Hopkins; sons, Dave Setera Jr. and JJ Setera; and nine grandchildren, Shawn, Keena, Christa, Haley, Ryan, Danielle, Hannah, Katherine and Timmy.

Much of Helena's life was spent caring and providing for her children and grandchildren. Her last 15 years were spent attending her grandchildren's' concerts, soccer games, basketball games, football games, lacrosse games, school functions, birthday parties, and all family events.

The funeral service is at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 14, at Morning Star Lutheran in Monroe.
