I am so sorry to hear of Helen's passing.  She was my customer at the Monroe PUD office for years, and I was her customer at the Sultan Red Apple.  Always pleasant and always a smile on her face!  We need more people like her in the world - she will be missed.  My condolences to her family and friends.
