David Joseph Ward, born February 15, 1951 in Denver, CO, departed this life on March 11, 2024 in Monroe, WA. He was 73. David is survived by his daughters Michelle Jowett (Alan) and Sarah Searcy, his brother Jerry Ward (Carol), grandchildren Elijah Searcy, Jessica Searcy, Evangeline Searcy, Harvest Searcy, Michael Ohlsen, Gabriel Ohlsen, Tanner Ohlsen, Samantha Vermeulen (Maxwell), Keean Ohlsen, and Hannah Jowett, and great grandchild Leo Ohlsen. He was preceded in death by his brothers Larry Ward and Roger Ward and his parents Joseph and Ruth Ward. David was a loving father, grandfather, brother, friend, and devoted follower of Christ and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 3pm at Mountainview Church, 320 6th St., Sultan, WA 98294.
