She was born on January 24, 1940 in Gaston County, North Carolina. Patricia served in many roles in her life including that of a cafeteria supervisor with the Charlotte Mecklenburg school system. However, she considered her greatest role was that of being a homemaker and caregiver to her family. Patricia was deeply loved and cherished and will be missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her dad, Rufus Baker; mom, Louise Meachum Stephenson; grandson, Christopher Moore; and aunt, Connie Baker Coffey. She is survived by her loving husband, Russell Alan Cobb; children, Donna Nash (Joe) and Diane Moore (Gary); grandchildren, Ashley Hyatt, Kristin Watson, Katie Wilmoth, Anna Gibson, Lindsey Faulkner, and Casey Nash; and 8 great grandchildren.
