He was born in Union County on June 30, 1939, son of the late Neal and Mamie Richardson Parker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Parker; his brothers, Frank Parker and Preach Parker; his sister, Chip Parker and by his step-mother, Faye Parker.
He is survived by his son, Lee Parker (Karen); his grandchildren, Sallie Parker, Lela Parker and Wyatt Parker and Sissy.
The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until 1:00pm Friday, March 11, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Parker will begin at 1:00pm in the church sanctuary. Interment will follow in Price Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, a Hospice facility of choice or to Price Cemetery.
