Born on April 12, 1932 to Brady and Lecie Hill, Hilda was a Union County native who resided in Marshville, North Carolina.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, F.J. Medlin and son, Robert (Bob) Rice. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Huff Grider (Walt) of Monroe, North Carolina; sons, Michael J. Medlin and Randy D. Medlin, both of Marshville, North Carolina; granddaughter, Cynthia L. Hartmann (Daniel) of St. Louis, Missouri; and 4 great-grandchildren of St. Louis, Missouri.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 11:00 am at Lakeland Memorial Park, located at 1901 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, North Carolina.
