He was born in Union County on December 9, 1950, son of the late John and Lena Baucom Simpson. He was preceded in death by his brother, William "Buck" Simpson and by his sister, Mary Alice Simpson.
Henry is survived by his wife, Judy Medlin; his son, Randy Simpson (Rhonda); his step-daughter, Crystal Medlin; his grandchildren, Sendy Simpson, Sierra Simpson and Justin Foster; his great-grandson, Dakota Efird; his brothers, Robert "Bob" Simpson and Billy Ray Simpson; his sister, Patsy Barbee and by his loving companion, Tinker Bell.
The family will receive friends from 11:00am until 12:00pm Monday, October 18, 2021 at the graveside in Shiloh Advent Christian Church Cemetery. A graveside service will follow at 12:00pm with interment following. McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe is honored to serve the family of Mr. Simpson.
