Dawn White Griffin

She was very proud of her Merle Norman business that she owned and operated for many years. She also received her LPN Nursing certificate in her sixties after the injury of her son. She loved her dachshunds, square dancing, playing cards, travelling, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Snyder Griffin; her son, Chris Lowery; and 3 brothers and 6 sisters. She is survived by her son John Lowery (Jeanette); step-daughter, Yvonnie Guy (Paul); step-son, Steve Griffin (Kathy); step-daughter, Susie Myers; grandchildren, Travis, Tiffany, Heather, Kristen, Amber, and Jayla; brother, Howard White (Linda); sister, Judy White; numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews; and finally her dearest friends and caretakers, Cheryl and Tim Graham and her beloved fur baby, Harley.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Benton Heights Presbyterian Church at 2:00 pm. McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe is honored to serve the family of Dawn White Griffin.
