Coleen loved people with a giving spirit shown to everyone she met. For many years, she was the consoling, kind face who greeted many who walked through the doors at McEwen Funeral Home. It was with a servant's heart that she fulfilled her calling to minister to others. She was a faithful member of Benton Heights Presbyterian Church.
Our family was blessed beyond measure by the care given to her by the extraordinary caregivers who became dear friends and especially our dear Mable Glenn. Special thanks also goes to Hospice of Union County.
The family will receive friends at Benton Heights Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm followed by a service to celebrate Coleen’s life at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Lakeland Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Benton Heights Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Union County.
