I got your letter today and even before I read it I knew it had terrible news. Paul was one of Lindsey's best friends during their first 2 years. We often talk about those good times although they were too young to remember. We were so happy to meet up with you 10 years ago on our last trip to Connecticut and to see Paul again as a young teenager.
I can see how well loved and respected Paul was by reading this guest book and hope this somehow gives you some comfort.

Paulie, Every time I got to talk to you on the phone at KraftMaid...you made me smile.  You brightened my entire day. When I heard this news, that you had gone..I did not believe it.  I dont understand!!!..I pray that God brings peace to all of your family and friends.

Even though I knew Paul for only a few months, I enjoyed working with him. He designed a new kitchen for us. Our kitchen is now complete and I wish he could see the final product. With his help, it is just what we had in mind. Thank you Paul!

Our hearts were broken when we heard the news.  Paul always put a smile on everyone's faces. I will never forget the fantastic job he did planning out the music and getting the whole family to dance at your dinner party. Paul was always the life of the party! Somehow it seems Paul sensed his life would be brief. 
Paul truly celebrated life from the very beginning. There was a sense that Paul needed to pack as much into a day as possible. It was almost like he knew he needed to pack a normal human life span of 70, 80 or 90 years into a brief 24 years. 
Paul began working summers when he was still in high school at Diversified Kitchens. When he graduated, he decided to make kitchen design his full time profession. Under the tutelage of his boss and good friend Doug Cooper, Paul learned his craft well. 
Whether it is work or leisure, it was the celebration of life with people that he loved most. His life long celebration could include helping uncle Gene, aunt Paula, uncle Nick, Aunt Mich or aunt Laura fix a broken lawnmower, tractor, helping one of his cousins or one of his many friends install a new car stereo system or having lunch with his friends at Pagliaro’s next store to work, stopping by the liquor store to say hello to his friends and the occasional purchase of a 6 pack. Or planning to help somebody that evening either fix something, move something, build something, figure out how to put something together or last but certainly not least, having or planning to have a party.
He was a ‘hands on’ person who custom built his beloved ‘Built Not Bought’ Jeep that he loved and treasured so very dearly. 
He loved his garage, customized to suit his every need; it included a television, a surround sound stereo system that his parents heard regularly from the family room on the other end of the house. His custom garage was completely self decorated by Paul with things like an Altieri’s Garage clock, numerous brand beer banners, a John Deere banner and other special decorations that were uniquely Paul. Paul’s garage was lit brighter than any room that exists: from custom flashing lights, neon lights, a lit real traffic stop light, strobe lights and two commercial size halogen ceiling lights with a mega lumens brightness. And let’s not forget the custom game invented by Paul… HAMMERED; A very unique game for all who participated.
Paul’s garage wasn’t only pretty; it was functional, with tools like car jacks, a commercial type compressor for use with pneumatic tools and a welder. Paul spent more time in Paul’s Garage than he did in his house.
Paul rarely sat to relax, he was way too busy. The celebration of life was his mantra.

A supernova is defined as an extremely luminous new shining star that increases in brightness and briefly outshines the entire galaxy before fading from view. During its life a supernova can radiate as much energy as the sun is expected to emit over its entire life span.
During his brief 24 years, Paul’s free spirit allowed him to shine ever brighter in the world touching hundreds and hundreds of people. Paul was loved and will be remembered by so many. Like a supernova which radiates as much energy as the sun for a period of time, both the supernova and the celebration of life for Paul flicker and fade from view. 
Paul’s bright supernova celebration of life that has touched and affected so many of us will never be forgotten.

Paul, I couldn't believe the news was true, that you were gone, it doesn't seem real. It breaks my heart. We have been friends for almost 20 years. You were a very special person. Paul where do I begin? The hardest thing for me leaving Pags was missing alot of good people,but it is always a comfort for me knowing I can still pop in and see everyone. I enjoyed the afternoons when you would come in . I was so happy that you stopped by the house to see me and Richie not too long ago. Richie liked you since the moment he met you and enjoyed speaking to you about trucks and jeeps. Richie just finished working on his truck and you were the first one he thought of to go show it off.And you were there for me to help me out with my jeep. My heart goes out to your family , I just cant imagine what you are going through. But one thing to remember is Paul lived his life to his fullest which is more then alot of people do. We are so sorry hear of Pauls passing. My wife and I met Paul 2 years ago through Diversified kitchens. We were very impressed with Pauls dedication to his work and creativity that we now have a lasting memory of him in our kitchen. We liked working with Paul so much that we just recently met with him to work on a bathroom cabinet selection. It was nice to work with someone who truly cared about making others happy.

We have been going over the picture album of the Family Reunion in 2000.  So many pictures of Paul.
