Uncle Billy and Aunt Bonnie meant the world to me and JJ. I cant tell you how many times they would tell me to bring JJ over to there house to swim and always asking me if all is o.k. with me. I had so much respect for my Uncle, he earn it. Now I pray God will bless him for all the lives he touch. I will miss him deeply. Josh Carpenter

Robbie and I would like to extend our sympathies to the Loewen family.  Billy and Angel are not just neighbors to us but true friends.  We have come to know Mr. Bill and Mrs. Bonnie and come to love them dearly.  No doubt that Mr. Bill loved his family and it was important to him.  Mr. Bill and Mrs. Bonnie have opened their home to us and our children on many occasions.  We will be praying for peace that passes all understanding during this time of great loss.

i didn't work with bill but i know he was loved by all of his fellow firefighters. he will be missed by family and friends. i was unable to attend his wake or funeral but my heart goes out to his family.

I will always treasure the memories of our journey together on the Fire Department, you were like a big brother to me. I will never forget you. To those you leave behind...Ask "Him"...to remind you that prayer will sustain you through the most difficult times in our lives.

Big Brother , friend , you're greatest gift to me was always being their for me , no matter what I needed or ask of you.  You asked for very little but gave willing of yourself. I worked along side Bill for many years on the fire department.  He was a good friend that played hard and worked equally hard. It was a pleasure to have worked with Bill and an honor to have been his friend. Rest assured that he will be missed.

You were a great uncle to me, always willing to lend a hand helping with any issue I had, mostly helping me work on my cars. I miss looking over the street and seeing that tv on, I always knew you were there. I will cherish the memories when we came over swimming. Thanks for everything, we all love you uncle Billy.
