William Earnest Drew Jr.

William Earnest Drew, Jr. (Bill), a resident of Mobile for many years and raised in Augusta, GA, was born April 26, 1931 in Waynesboro, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Earnest Drew, Sr., Dora Marshall Drew, and brother John Marshall Drew. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Perrin Bestor Bacon Drew and two sons William Kennon Drew (Lisa) of Mobile, AL and Robert Tarleton Drew (Paige) of Birmingham, AL. He is survived by six grandchildren, Will Drew, Dan Drew, Mason Drew, Carter Drew, Gaines Drew, Whiting Drew, and sister Angelyn Drew Edwards.

Bill graduated from Richmond Academy, Augusta, GA the University of Georgia and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Christ Church Cathedral. A graveside service will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery on Friday, December 27 at 10:00 A.M. with visitation at the grave site.
