Mr. William John Adams, age 79 resident of Bay Minette, AL, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest D and Celess Hinton Adam, wife, Rita Adams, brother, Ernest D. Adam, Jr. and grandson, Mitchell Ammons.
Mr. Adams was employed for many years as a Sheet Metal worker with Local 441 and Brown Sheet Metal. He was a member of Stockton First Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching college football, especially his beloved Alabama Crimson Tide. He had an adventurous spirit and would travel with his wife and their favorite place to travel was Alaska. He worked on hot rods for many years and went to countless Rod Runs and won many trophies. He loved his family and friends, but he loved Jesus most of all.
Mr. Adams is survived by his children; Miriam Adams Parker (Tony) and Melissa Adams Ammons. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Brian D. Ammons, Brandi Parker and great-granddaughter Kambryn Rose Boyington.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Oakleigh Chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
