Theresa Sudduth Hummel

Theresa Ann Hummel, was born February 21, 1949, to Wilburn Edward and Vallie Rea Sudduth, in Mobile, AL. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved cooking, collecting, and writing recipes. She loved bowling with her daughter Tracie. She loved crafts. She loved spending time with family and friends.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn and Vallie Sudduth, her son-in-law, Bart Stanley, and her brother-in-law, Donald Rigney.

She is survived by her three children, Tony Hummel, Tracie Hummel, and Terri Stanley-Nolfe (Coe); grandchildren, Christian Stanley (Rachel), and Grace Stanley; two sisters, Kay Rigney (Don), and Pamela Breedlove (Greg), and nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 3, 2023, at Pine Crest Cemetary, with the Rev. Jerry Jenkins officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to the charity of their choice.
