Sybil Natalie Miller Orr - an 86 year-old native and lifelong resident of Mobile passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles DeVan Miller and Lola Maybell Moffett Miller, and husband, Robert George Orr. Mrs. Orr is survived by her children, Brenda Norwood, Dalton Orr, Donald Orr, and Rodney Orr; grandchildren, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the service hour.
