Sharon Ann McCormick

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Lavenia and Ellis Buxton. She leaves a loving husband Ronald McCormick, a daughter Margaret Michelle McCormick, a son Ronald McCormick Jr (Amanda), grandchildren Ronald McCormick III, Jackson McCormick, and Millie McCormick, and a brother Steve Buxton, a sister Janice Estes, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Sharon and Ronald were married on December 14, 1968. They spent 56 wonderful and loving years together. Sharon was the best mother. She spent her life raising and loving her children, and caring for her husband. She always put her family first.

Sharon was a very talented artist. Her work has been in many art shows. She loved the time she spent with the Art Group. She truly loved each and everyone of them.

Sharon was a very loving person. She never met a stranger and welcomed everyone with a loving smile.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 10:30 am at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
