Mrs. Hayes has such great attributes and was so many things to many people. First and foremost, she was a devoted woman of God who loved her church and praising God, everywhere she went and she shared the love of God with people. If you needed prayers, she was ready to pray for you! Sally never missed a church service. If you were looking for her, you could just go to the church and find her. She was a devoted, loving wife, a mother, an aunt, maw maw, great friend and just an amazing person. She had a contagious smile that would light up every room. Whatever you needed, she was there to help you. Every grandchild knew that she had a helping hand in raising each one of them, because of her prayers, they knew that they remained safe through life’s ups and downs. Everyone who knew her loved her and she loved them too. She was always ready for a road trip with her husband, Paul, wherever he wanted to go, no matter how far, she was right there beside him.
Mrs. Hayes was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Paul Eckon Hayes; her son, Paul Wayne Hayes; her daughter, Angela Hayes, a grandson, Stacey Banks; her parents, Barney and Ruth Christopher; a sister, Dott Heathcoe and a brother, Leland Christopher.
