Robert Frederick Nicks

Robert F. ‘Bob” Nicks, age 69, passed away in a local hospital, November 19, 2016. Bob was a graduate of McGill Institute and attended the University of South Alabama. He retired from Strickland Youth Center in 2011. He enjoyed Mardi Gras and was the past King of the Knights of Mobile Mardi Gras Organization. He is preceded in death by his wife Jereline Pledger Nicks and his parents, Robert and Connie Nicks. He is survived by his sisters; Theresa (Rick) McClure of Mobile and Carron Nicks of Dallas, TX. The family wishes to thank the wonderful nurses in the CCU at Mobile Infirmary especially Wendy, Sam, Tasha and Melissa. Also, a special Thank You to Dr. Maher Sahawneh. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
