Pamela Leslie Hebert, 69, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Mobile, AL. A native of Shreveport, LA, Pamela was born to Herman Weiler Leslie and Althea Lane Mix Leslie on October 5, 1948. Pamela was a generous and loving woman – her life’s purpose was to help others and she gained great joy from the task. She spent many years volunteering with multiple organizations. Pamela loved children, she homeschooled her son and daughter in their younger years of education. She loved cooking, was an amazing caregiver, and friend. She was a member at Dayspring Baptist Church. Pamela loved her family (especially her grandchildren), friends, but above all else loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Many will keep fond memories of Pamela, and she will be tremendously missed. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ric Leslie. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Bill Hebert; son, Mark (Jessica) Hebert; daughter, Jessica (Wes) Allday; six grandchildren, William Chandler Hebert, Calen Thomas Hebert, Jocelyn Elizabeth Hebert, Sienna Michelle Tindol, Lyla Mae Tindol, and Gage Pearce Allday; two sisters, Karen Darlene (David) Baugh and Tina (Scott) Dickey; three brothers, Timothy (Cathy) Leslie, Kevin (Toni) Leslie, and Chris (Monica) Leslie; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends. Visitation for Mrs. Hebert will be held at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with a funeral service immediately following in the chapel. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
