Nora Meyer Marshall Jackson

Nora Meyer Jackson, age 97, of Mobile, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016. She is survived by her three children, Louis John (Carma) Meyer, Lynne (Richard) McElhaney, and Mary Kay Meyer; three grandchildren, LTC Richard McElhaney, Jr., Virginia McElhaney Simmons, and Katie Meyer; four great-grandchildren, Zakary Simmons, Leah Simmons, Brodie McElhaney, and Meyer McElhaney; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Effie Walker Marshall; two husbands, Len Meyer and Henry Jackson, Sr.; a grandson, Charles Meyer; four brothers; and two sisters. Visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2016, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. The funeral service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. from the Oakleigh Chapel at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. Interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens. Rev. Mike Knapp will officiate.
