Myra Kathryn Barnes, age 93, of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Friday January 10, 2020. Myra was born September 8, 1926 in Empire, AL. She enjoyed a career for over 20 years at JC Penny. She loved taking care of her children and her family and enjoyed cooking for them.

Kathryn is preceded in death by her husband Raymond E. Barnes, father Arthur M Busby, mother Cora Mae Busby, sister Vera B. Smith and brother Larry M Busby. Survivors include her children; Becky B. (Bill) Faircloth, Kaye B. (Mike) Tew and Deborah B. (Bill) Jones. Grandchildren; Ashley F. (Charlie) Caldwell, Christopher A. (Kerstin) Trimble, Lauren T. (Matt) Busbee. Paige F. (Andy) LeGrande, Bradley (Makenzi) Tew and William (Whitney) Faircloth. And 14 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Myra will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 DAUPHIN ISLAND PKWY, MOBILE, AL 36605. Funeral service will follow 1:00pm. Burial will be at Pine Crest Cemetery
