Mrs. Melba Jo Johns, age 89, a native of Brewton, Alabama and a resident of Mobile, Alabama died on Thursday, April 17, 2014. She was a member of Chickasaw First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Johns. Mrs. Johns is survived by her three children, Linda Little, Karen (Joe) Belk, John (Angie) Johns; siblings, James Taylor, A.J. (Lucille) Taylor, Ella Mae Allred; four grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren. Graveside services and interment will be held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 10:00 AM in Serenity memorial Gardens.
