Margaret Halliday McNellage – a native and lifelong resident of Mobile passed away at the age of 86. She was a graduate of Bishop Toolen High School. Mrs. McNellage worked as office manager at the construction company of Botter & Dutton until starting her family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Koppersmith Halliday and Douglas Kenneth Halliday; sister, Pauline Halliday Neese; son John W. McNellage, Jr.; and granddaughter, Heather McNellage. Mrs. McNellage is survived by her husband of 61 years, John W. McNellage, Sr; children, Gina M. Blackwell (Mike) of Nashville, TN and Francy M. Lewis (Kenny) and Daniel E. McNellage both of Mobile; grandchildren, Parker Blackwell, Derek McNellage, Tyler McNellage, John W. McNellage, III, Amanda Lewis Ouille (Joshua), and Jessica Lewis; as well as one great-grandchild.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Monday, April 24, 2017, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Sunday, April 23, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 p.m. with the Rosary to be recited at 6 p.m. Interment will be in Catholic Cemetery.
