Lisa Overby Brokaw

Lisa Annette McCormick was born in Mobile on 10/24/1974.She attended Holy Family School and St Ignatius and graduated from McGill-Toolen HS in 1993.

She went on to get a BS degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1999

She is survived by the loves of her life, her two sons, Collin Overby and Caleb Brokaw. They were the Pride and Joy of her life. She is also survived by her Mother Cheryl Hankins Hayduk, step father Stanley Hayduk, Grandmother Merle Ladnier, a sister Aimee McCormick Brown her husband Edgar Brown, a nephew Harry Brown, a half brother Joshua McCormick, Aunts Brenda Hankins Winfield & Jo Anne Mendelson-Davis, and cousins. She was proceeded in death by Father Gary McCormick, her Grandparents Ben and Mary Hankins and Grandfather Joe McCormick and Uncle David McCormick.

Along with her sons she was proud of the business she established which she referred to as her 3rd baby.

Services were held 3-6-23 at Pinecrest Cemetery where she is interned, serving as pallbearers were Collin Overby, Caleb Brokaw, Harry Brown, Edgar Brown, Matt Brokaw and Brandon Lineberry.
