Leon Frederick Jones

Mr. Leon Frederick Jones, age 91, longtime resident of Theodore, AL passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. He is preceded in death by his son Charles L. Jones and parents Charles F. and Leona S. Jones. Mr. Jones served his country honorably in the United States Army during WWII receiving the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster. He was a member of the 2014 Honor Flight. He is remembered by his family as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Mary McSween Jones and son, Ronald Jones (Kim). He is also survived by his three grandchildren, Tracie, Scott and Chad Jones and four great-grandchildrenn, Justin, Christian, Haley and Maddie. Graveside services with military honors will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
