He is survived by his wife Sandy, his four children: Tiger (Pam) Curtis, Rose (Tony) Mathis, Scott (Paula) Curtis, Brian (Mindi) Curtis.
He is also, survived by his 18 grandchildren : Tiffany Woods, Brandon (Emily) Walker, Zack Davis, TJ (Theresa) Curtis, Andrew (Patsy) Curtis, Ryan (Alissa) Curtis, Keith (Kim) Curtis, Candi (Ryan) Sims, Anthony (Kristie) Curtis, Chad (Bailey) Mathis, TJ Mathis, Timothy Mathis, Larry Barlett, Destini Raley, Sierra (Alex) Fleming, Cecil Curtis, Kaitlin Smith, Dustin Smith, and 41 great grandchildren.
