Judith Ann Tutwiler

Judith Ann (Tow) Tutwiler passed into the loving arms of her Savior on December 18, 2016. Judy was born on September 18, 1945 in Dubuque, Iowa to Helen Seraphine and Edwin Tow. The Tow family moved to Mobile, Alabama in 1963 when Judy was Seventeen. Judy attended SpringHill College and worked and retired from Regions Bank. Later in life Judy graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Accounting, and was an Accountant and Office Manager at Retail Technologies, Inc. Her greatest joys were spending time with her children, grandchildren, drawing, painting and playing with her cats. Judy is survived by her close friend and soul-mate J.D. “Denny” Tutwiler of Mobile Alabama, her loving son Denson Tutwiler of Niceville, Florida and Daughter Julie Tutwiler of Mobile, Alabama as well as her Daughter in Law Robin Tutwiler, granddaughters Cienna Carrano and Sofia Tutwiler of Niceville, Florida, her sister Jeanette Steele of Grants Pass, Oregon, nephews Chris (Karen) and Craig Steele, sister in law Susie Tow, nieces Lynn Tow Smith (Brian), Melissa Tow Martin (Patrick), and nephew Ken Tow (Andrea), as well as her loving friends Jeannie and Connie. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Helen Seraphine and Edwin Tow and her brother John Tow. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Project Purr Alabama at 631 Spring Lake Court, Mobile, AL 36695. Rosary will be held at Radney Funeral home on 26 Dec 2016 at 5:30pm. Visitation will be from 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Pius X church on Tuesday 27 December at 11:00am with services to follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
