Joseph Louis Endris – age 17, died Monday, July 7, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee after a lifelong battle with leukemia. Joseph was a rising senior at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School where he threw shot put and discus for the track team. He is survived by his mother, Donna Endris; grandparents, Louis and Carol Endris; uncle, Louis Endris IV; best friend and cousin, Louis Endris V; great-uncles, Eugene Endris, William Harkins (Maria), Edward Harkins (Melissa); great-aunt, Patricia Harkins; cousins, Savannah, Drew, Madison, Patrick, and Alex Harkins; lifelong best friend, Logan Roberts; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Friday, July 11, 2014, from 5-8 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated from Little Flower Catholic Church located at 2053 Government St., Mobile, AL on Saturday, July 12, at 11 a.m. with Reverend John Lynes serving as celebrant and Mr. William Harkins serving as deacon. In celebration of Joseph's life, the family will receive friends prior to the Mass beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Little Flower Catholic School Cafeteria.
