Mrs. Janice Marie Flowers Cooper, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Plumer Floyd Cooper, mother, Lonnie Lee Flowers and brother, Melvin Flowers. Mrs. Cooper attended Murphy High School. She retired after many years of service with First Alabama Bank. Mrs. Cooper loved her family and friends and enjoyed her time with them. She never met a stranger. Mrs. Cooper is survived by her daughters, Crystal Holmes and Lori Plantin (Parish). She is also survived by her sister, Lois Tee (Milton), grandchildren; Josiah Holmes (Lydia), Johanna Onisa, Jesse Holmes, Drex Plantin and great-grandchildren; Natalie Onisa, Eden Holmes and Ahava Holmes. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Cooper Chapel Cemetery in Silas, ALCondolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
