Elizabeth Alford Green, born June 25, 1920 in Chatom AL and died December 9, 2014 in Mobile, Al. She was a lifelong resident of Mobile and she was a founding member of Fulton Heights United Methodist Church and was active in the district and the conference with the United Methodist Church and served on the Board of the Dumas Wesley Center. She retired from the Mobile County Probate Court System. She was preceded in death by a son Lt. George DeVan Green. Survivors include her daughter, Janice G. Harrell, her granddaughter, Michele Stanley, her grandsons; Mike Wilson and George Kennedy, a great granddaughter, Sarah and great grandson, Colin and other family members. Visitation will be on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm with funeral services in the Chapel of Pine Crest funeral Home at 2pm. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
