Dixie Ann Grier Fox

Dixie “Ann” Fox (nee Grier), 81, of Newport, KY passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Ann was a member of the Red Hats Society, a Daughter of the American Revolution, and had lived all over the United States, and in England. She enjoyed life and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Bobo Jenkins and Jane Dillingham. Ann is survived by her loving husband, Donald E. Fox; beloved children, Don Fox (Carol) of Villa Hills, KY and Cyndye O’berlin (Mike) of Clear Water Beach, FL; siblings, Rosemary Croom and Tommy Grier; grandchildren, Holly Fox, Dr. Amanda Dropic (Ajdin) and Jenny McGlown (Tree); great-grandchildren, Ben, Ty, Eli, Lila and Parker; many nieces and nephews. A burial will take place in Mobile Memorial Gardens in Mobile, AL on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Alzheimer’s Association at 644 Linn Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203 or to Hospice of the Bluegrass at 7388 Turfway Road, Florence, KY 41042.
