Diana Lynn Duckworth

Diana Lynn Duckworth, age 70, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Evelyn Zumbro Duckworth, uncle and aunt, Carl and MaryAnn Todd and uncle and aunt, John and Margaret Zumbro, cousins, Jerry Todd, Sr. and John Zumbro. Diana had worked as a Medical Technician in the Mobile area for many years, and was presently working at Providence Hospital where she had been employed for over 20 years. She was a member of Pathway Church. Diana enjoyed sharing her talents in baking, arts and crafts with her grandchildren, especially making “sugar donuts”. Her family will remember her as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Mrs. Duckworth is survived by her daughter, Esmeralda Duckworth Pace (Christopher) and grandchildren; Esperanza, Christina and Christopher, Jr. She is also survived by cousins, Walter Todd, Richard Todd, Jim Zumbro, and many nieces, nephew and cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held at Pathway Church on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
