David Joseph Bouvier, age 61, of Wilmer, Alabama passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022. He was born December 4, 1961 in New Orleans, Louisiana. David was a Godly man; he enjoyed praying and always prayed for his family. He was in local transportation and provided for his family through trucking. David enjoyed being a truck driver, spending time with his family, and was a collector of sorts. He loved riding motorcycles and the freedom of the open road. David would call his son everyday simply to see what he was doing. He would always ask; how are ya? David will be remembered for his love of God, family, collections, and his love of life.
David was preceded in death by his mother; Elaine Joyce Bowers Johnson.
Left to cherish David’s wonderful memories will be his beloved wife of forty-three years; Shelia J. Bouvier, one son; Daniel Bouvier (Jennifer), father; Jerry Bouvier, a sister; Michelle Hall (Jared), a brother; Ricky Bouvier (MiKyong), many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and many wonderful friends.
A visitation for David will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, Alabama 36606. A visitation will occur Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM at Tanner Williams Holiness Church, 14801 Tanner Williams Road, Wilmer, AL 36587.
Interment will immediately take place on the grounds of Joyner Cemetery, Wilmer, Alabama.
