Dale was a chemical engineer by trade, who owned and operated Fleet Design and Engineering. He was an avid golfer and fisherman. Dale had a thirst for knowledge – he loved doing research and learning new things. He was a Master Gardener who loved tending his plants, flowers, and his yard. He is described to be extremely generous, and one of the best men you could ever meet. Dale loved his family above all else. He was a great man and will be truly missed.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Paris Cole and Alma Cargyle Watson; two brothers, Vernerd Watson and Otis Watson; and three sisters, Mary Northcutt, Charlene Belcher, and Colene Zorn.
He is survived by his loving wife, Robin Loewen Watson; five children, Jill Andrews (Michael), Scott Watson, Joseph Davis (Trenity Stacey), Donnie Davis (Amanda Jones), and Shaun Davis; four granddaughters, Meghan Davis, Reagan Andrews, Cameron Andrews, and Hayden Andrews; two great-grandchildren Avery and Everly (and one on the way!); two brothers, Edward Watson (Mary) and Paris Watson (Mae); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
Pallbearers include Donnie Davis, Shaun Davis, Joe Davis, Michael Andrews, Walker Johnson, and James Adams.
Honorary Pallbearers include: Timothy Loewen, Michael Loewen, Chris Loewen, Rusty Loewen, and Jamie Carpenter.
A graveside service for Dale will be held in Pine Crest Cemetery on Friday, August 14, 2020, at 11 a.m.
Per the family’s request, if you or any of your loved ones have tested positive or show symptoms of Covid-19, please pay your respects on our online register book or by phone, do not attend the service.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
