Charles Logan (1921-2020), a native of the Cottage Hill Community of Mobile, AL, was a long time resident of San Antonio, TX. It was there that he spent many years with his beloved wife, May Lois Logan, who preceded him in death.
C.L. (as he was affectionately called) was the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Doc Lucy. His brother, Commodore and Theodore Lucy preceded him in death. C.L. was a proud U.S. Veteran, who served in the U.S. Army during WWII. After his service, he worked at Brookley Air Force Base before leaving Mobile. When he relocated to San Antonio, TX, he began working for Ft. Sam Air Force Base and retired at the age of 75.
He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Mary A. (Roosevelt) Taylor, one granddaughter Maurita (Ernest) Yelder. Two-great grandchildren(Serita Yelder & Michael Chambers), a Gosson, Saul McDonald (San Antonio, TX), a devoted and faithful cousin, Naomi Starks, a faithful nephew Atress Logan, and many other relatives and friends.
